Text Engine Consulting, Inc. worked with global incident-response organization FIRST.Org to develop classroom training that prepares Computer Security Incident Response Teams, or CSIRTs, to better protect computers and networks in the government, commercial, and educational sectors.

Text Engine Consulting, Inc. worked with the Los Angeles LGBT Center to develop the online version of the Transgender Youth Employment Toolkit, which lets employment case managers and others prepare young transgender adults for the workforce.

Text Engine Productions produced the short film Operation Marriage with director Quentin Lee, about an 8-year-old girl and her little brother trying to get their moms married before the passage of Proposition 8 in California. The movie, both a story and an educational tool, has been translated for international audiences who would like to know more about the struggles for same-sex marriage in the United States.

Text Engine Productions signed on with director Ringo Le as associate producer for the feature film Big Gay Love. Jonathan Lisecki stars in this unconventional take on the standard Hollywood romantic comedy as Bob, a successful but insecure party planner who searches for love on his own terms in fitness–obsessed Los Angeles. Enter successful chef and restaurateur Andy, played by Nicholas Brendon of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, who causes Bob to question all his assumptions about both body image and love.

For a banking client, in partnership with Allen Interactions, Text Engine Consulting, Inc. developed e-learning that helps new employees gain experience with customer interactions while learning basic banking skills.

Text Engine Consulting, Inc. teamed with several partners, including Design Media and a county government, to help small businesses operate in a more ecological way; the successful classroom and web-based training program combined regulatory learning with tips on industrial-waste handling.
